I am a health and fitness enthusiast and have now been in the industry for 7 years. I was a fit and healthy child and teenager before gaining an apprenticeship, finding fast food, and being allowed to go the the pub which gradually over the next 3 years led me to put on 25+kg.
I then went on a 5 year journey trying every single FAD diet know to man to eventually get me back to my ideal weight. You name it, I have done it!

I am an accredited practising dietitian. I have had an interest in nutrition from a young age, navigating my own health journey.
