Opportunity to train every day (35 classes per week)

Regular consultations and check in's with coach to ensure you are progressing towards your goals.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is in a 1 on 1 environment.

Personal Training is perfect if you have an injury or if you are not yet comfortable to attend the group classes.

Every session is tailored to you and your goals!

Contact us to arrange your own group session with friends or for a corporate session with your colleagues.

Membership Suspension

While we love to see you every chance possible, we understand that occasionally life gets in the way.

You can request to put your membership on hold for up to 4 weeks.

We’ll need a start and finish date as we will automatically to restart your membership when your hold period is complete.

Membership Cancellation

While we hate to see any of our amazing members leave, we understand that sometimes circumstances change.
