I initially joined LTF with the intention of looking better in my jeans. I did lose weight under the guidance of Logan’s nutritional advice and consistent attendance at the gym. However four years on, my motivation for going to the gym, is not so much how my clothing feels, but rather how I feel. My sessions at the gym support my physical health but more importantly my mental health. In all that time, I’ve never done the same session twice. The coaches make each class effective and fun. I love the mix of abilities that are welcomed and accommodated for at the gym. Having had some setbacks over the years, the team at LTF were also happy to adjust programs to meet my specific training needs. Going to LTF is now part of my daily routine - something I never thought I would say!!
The growth of LTF in the five years I have been involved has been enormous. From the early days in the shed to now with a gym that has ample room and equipped with very modern equipment. LTF caters for all ages and fitness levels. Group training is a feature, with three categories there is always a workout to suit everyone. Not only fitness, Logan has created a weight loss and nutrition service which is highly regarded. Ably supported by coaches Kelly and Nathan there are no short falls in this great facility. I have no doubt I will continue to train at LTF for some time to come!
The best decision I made was starting with LTF 4 years ago and I have not looked back, it was exactly what I needed. I was always a PT one on one kind of girl before switching to LTF but I would now never go back. I love the push I get from being in a group environment and not once have I felt unwelcome or out of place, the complete opposite actually. Every class has structure and a purpose, it just makes sense. Logan and the team are amazing and know what they are doing. My advice: stop sitting on the fence and just do it, you won’t regret it!
I’m a shift worker and had every excuse under the sun not to lose weight or exercise. I had tried most diets, even to the point of going to the doctor to get a prescribed weight loss tablet, none worked. Since joining a challenge month with Logan Thorpe I managed to lose weight easy and effectively, Logan covers all areas needed to lose weight, through calorie based techniques & healthy eating. Now I understand what I can eat, when to eat and have managed to lose 15kgs. I have kept my weight stable for two years now thanks to Logan’s continued support.
I made the best decision over 2.5 years ago to join LTF and haven't looked back. My weight had blown out and my mental health wasn't the best I was doing one PT session per week and just needed the extra push to get moving. Training with a group is so motivating and it feels like family. Logan, Kel and Nath are wonderful Coaches.
Since joining LTF, both my physical and mental health improves remarkably. For me it's not just a gym but a community that brings out the best in you. The support and the friendship is just uplifting. And lastly, it is a therapy for me, both my physical and mental state.
I have been training at LTF Fitness for just over 2 years now. Love the community feel of the gym from the moment you walk in the door, all the trainers are super supportive and committed ensuring you do the moves correctly. I have met lots of different people and love challenging myself to improve my strength and fitness as I get older.
I started my fitness journey at LTF 12 months ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. The trainers are all great to work with and the sessions are always fun, yet challenging and with their support and encouragement I feel I make progress towards my goals each week. When I joined LTF I was a 52 year old menopausal woman that had put on an extra 12 kgs and desperately wanted to feel better about myself. I have never been a gym person so getting to LTF was not easy but I have been a member now for 3 and a half years and I am a different person. I have lost the weight and managed to keep it off, I'm stronger, happier and understand food and what works for me. The trainers and Logan help you every step of the way and are so encouraging. Joining LTF was the best decision I have made for my health and wellbeing. Sometimes you just have to take that first step and everything else will fall into place!
